1. Promotion Period
MCQ Christmas Giveaway 2025 runs from 12:00 AM AWST, 28th November 2025 to 11:59 PM AWST, 21st December 2025. Entries outside this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all customers who shop at any MCQ store in Western Australia during the Promotion Period. MCQ Employees are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.

4. How to Enter
For every transaction of AUD $50 or more in a single purchase at any MCQ store during the Promotion Period, you will earn one entry into the Christmas Car Giveaway.
To qualify for the entry, you must scan your MCQ Loyalty Card at checkout.
You must have push notifications enabled in the Go rewards app to receive a confirmation message that your entry has been submitted.
5. Winner Selection
The draw will be held on 24 December 2025 at MCQ Mirrabooka Market, located at Shop MM4/43 Yirrigan Dr, Mirrabooka WA 6061 (Inside The Square Mirrabooka)
The draw will commence at 12:00 PM (local time) and will be livestreamed on all MCQ social media channels.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via a push notification in the Go rewards MCQ app shortly after the draw.
The winner must accept or respond within 48 hours, otherwise a redraw will be conducted.
7. Prize
The prize is one (1) car (BYD ATTO 3 Premium Ski White )
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
8. Publicity & Privacy
By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including use of their name, image, and likeness for marketing or promotional purposes by MCQ.
9. General Conditions
MCQ’s decision on all matters regarding the Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
MCQ is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
By participating, entrants release MCQ, its agencies, and affiliates from any liability arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the prize.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
