The Sponsor of the MCQ Christmas Giveaway 2024 is MCQ Supermarket.

2. Eligibility

Employees, contractors, agents of MCQ Supermarket, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes runs from 12:00 AM AWST, 1st December 2024 to 11:59 PM AWST, 22nd December 2024. Entries outside this period will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

• Make a qualifying purchase during the Entry Period.

• Retain the original receipt as proof of purchase.

• Submit the online entry form at entry link.

• Limit: 1 entry per day per participant.

• Fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

6. Prizes

• 3 Winners will receive a prize valued at up to $43,000.

• The prize is non-transferable, with no cash or substitution allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

• All taxes and additional expenses are the Winner’s responsibility.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• The Winner will be chosen randomly on 24th December 2024.

• The Winner will be notified via email and message within 7 days.

• If the Winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize, or is disqualified, an alternate Winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, participants grant MCQ Supermarket permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
